General Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to the following:

Ticket Use

• A valid ticket is required for entry and must be shown on request.
• Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be cancelled or refused.

Refunds & Changes

• Refunds for General Admission tickets will not be issued within 7 days of the event.
• Refunds for Hospitality Packages will not be issued within 21 days of the event.
• Booking fees are non-refundable with any ticket type.
• No refunds for illness, travel issues or failure to attend.
• If postponed, tickets automatically transfer to the new date.
• If cancelled and not rescheduled, the ticket price will be refunded (booking fees are non refundable).
• If racing is cancelled after a race has run, or a phantom meeting is held, no refunds apply.

Entry Conditions

• Entry may be refused for intoxication, unsafe behaviour, invalid tickets or breach of venue rules.
• Bag checks and security screening may occur.
• Photo ID may be required for entry.

Conduct

• Patrons must behave respectfully and follow staff directions.
• Unsafe, aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Alcohol & Prohibited Items

• RSA laws apply; service may be refused.
• No BYO alcohol/beverages.
• No glassware outside designated areas.
• Prohibited items include weapons, external alcohol, fireworks, drones and gazebo structures.

Photography & Privacy

• Events may be photographed or filmed. Attendance implies consent for promotional use.
• Personal information is handled under ARC’s Privacy Policy.

Acceptance

• Purchasing or using a ticket means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
